Attila Chikán Jr.

The chairman of the supervisory board

He is an expert in energy and economics, who graduated from the Budapest University of Economics and the College of Foreign Trade. He has been the CEO of Alteo Plc., a company listed at the Budapest Stock Exchange since its foundation in 2008. Prior to that, he worked as a financial and investment analyst in various positions. He is an expert active in sustainability issues and is the Chairman of the Business Council for Sustainable Development in Hungary (“BCSDH”).

György Ecseri

Supervisory Board Member

He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial and real estate sectors. He graduated from the Engineering Department of the Technical University of Budapest and obtained his MBA degree at Durham University (UK). He has worked as a project director at the Wallis Group for ten years and acts as Board and Supervisory Board member at various members of the Group.

Géza Deme

Supervisory Board Member

He graduated as an Economist from the University of Miskolc’s Department of Economic Sciences. He started his career in 1995 at K&H Bank, obtaining experience in corporate financing. In 2000, as a member of the CEO team, he worked on the renewal of the bank’s corporate processes. Between 2001 and 2002, he was a senior manager at Magyar Factor Zrt., after which he managed a successful consultancy company for 4 years as owner-manager of a trade finance and credit insurance solutions company. From 2007, he was Deputy CEO and then President and CEO of CIB Faktor Zrt., and in 2021 he became CEO and member of the Board of Directors of Start Garancia Zrt. The company built up its operations to serve its new strategy under his leadership. He has been the CEO of Széchenyi Alapok Zrt. since February 2023 and has been Chairman of the Board of Directors since April.

Péter László Lakatos

Supervisory Board Member

He graduated from the Corvinus University of Budapest with a degree in Accounting – Business Valuation and later obtained a PhD degree. Then he graduated as a lawyer at the Faculty of Law of ELTE. Since 2002, he has been teaching at the Corvinus University of Budapest, where he currently heads the Institute of Accounting and Law. He has market experience in large companies and has been leading large-scale international accounting projects since 2004. He is auditor of several Hungarian listed companies and is continuously involved in advisory capital market transactions and leading accounting system changes in Hungary and abroad. He also acts as a forensic expert in capital and financial markets on complex cases.
