Listed in the Premium category of the Budapest Stock Exchange, as well as on the BUX and BUMIX indices, AutoWallis is a leading integrated automotive retail and mobility service provider in the Central and Eastern European region, operating in 17 countries across the region with more than 30 brands, retail and distribution sales of vehicles and parts, service centers, short- and long-term vehicle rentals, and carsharing services.

It is important for the company to continuously expand its portfolio - which focuses on automotive investments - through organic growth and acquisitions, and to operate sustainably as a group that adheres to a classic, conservative business policy aligned with ESG values and responsive to social and environmental challenges, while remaining a committed supporter of the industry’s electrification. It was the first company listed in the BSE’s Premium category to develop its green financing framework, which aims to prioritize green investments and support the transition away from fossil fuels.

The Company entered the Hungarian capital market on February 7, 2019, under the name AutoWallis. Following a predetermined path, it was included in the BUX and BUMIX indices and the Premium category in its very first year, issued green bonds, and following several private placements and a Club Deal capital raise, in 2021 it carried out the largest share offering (SPO) of the 10-year period at that time—worth 10 billion forints—which also included a public subscription, and as a result, the company’s value-creating growth strategy is now supported by the trust of more than 4,500 retail shareholders and over 40 domestic and international institutional investors. AutoWallis has twice won the Budapest Stock Exchange’s “Best Capital Increase of the Year” award (2020, 2021).
