Dear Visitor!

AutoWallis Nyrt. has established its whistleblowing system to comply with EU Directive 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and Act XXV of 2023 on complaints, disclosures in public interest, and related rules on the reporting of abuses.
Through this interface, eligible persons can easily and comprehensively report incidents related to the operation of AutoWallis Nyrt. that may indicate any (including ethical) abuse.
This platform also allows for the supplementation of a previously made report, for this, select the option related to supplementing a previous report.

Domestic legislation allows for the refusal to investigate anonymous reports, however, the Board of Directors of AutoWallis decided that anonymous reports that reveal real abuse will be investigated and, therefore, the reporting system provides the possibility of fully anonymous reporting.
AutoWallis Nyrt. also wishes to ensure transparent and prudent operations, as it aims to investigate all abuses and take appropriate action where necessary.

An impartial investigation by an independent partner is also ensured in the case of whistleblowing with or without a name, whereby the independent investigating organization must not disclose the identity of the whistleblower to the management of AutoWallis Nyrt. and its member companies.

It is especially important for us that those eligible to report can use our abuse reporting system with confidence, without the threat of retaliation.
Therefore, we have designed the process of reporting and independent investigation accordingly.
