(August 15, 2008) PM, hereby informs its esteemed investors of the following.

Andrew John Prest, Péter Antal, and Gábor Székely have resigned today from their positions as members of the Company’s Board of Directors in light of their other commitments within the AutoWallis Group, with the understanding that their resignations will take effect on the date of the Company’s Annual General Meeting convened for April 26, 2024 (in the event that the Annual General Meeting lacks a quorum, the resignation will take effect on the date of the reconvened meeting).

The Company’s Board of Directors hereby thanks Andrew John Prest, Péter Antal, and Gábor Székely for their work on the Board to date.
