AutoWallis Plc (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), in compliance with its disclosure obligations under Act CXX of 2001 on Capital Markets, PM Decree 24/2008 (VIII.15.) and EU Regulation 596/2014, informs market participants of the following.

Gábor Ormosy, Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of the Issuer (hereinafter referred to as the “Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities”), has, as set out in the notification, transferred the AutoWallis shares specified therein into a trust asset management arrangement in his capacity as settlor pursuant to a trust asset management agreement.

The Company publishes, as an annex to this information, the notifications sent to it.
