In accordance with Sections 55 of Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market and in order to comply with the disclosure requirement set out in PM Decree No. 24/2008. (VIII. 15.), AutoWallis Nyrt. (registered office: 1055 Budapest, Honvéd utca 20.; hereinafter: Company) hereby informs market participants as follows.

On April 6, 2022, the Company entered into a tripartite agreement with the Renault Group and the Salvador Caetano Group for the acquisition of Renault Hungária Kft. As the Company has previously informed its investors, the closing of the transaction depends on the fulfillment of several conditions, including the availability of the relevant competition authority approval.

The Competition Authority has approved the acquisition in its decision VJ/19-90/2022 dated 5 September 2022, and with this, all the closing conditions have been fulfilled.
