On the 17th of September 2020 Gábor Székely, IR &CIO and as the member of the board sell 121,000 pieces of Autowallis „C” ordinary shares (ISIN: HU0000164504) to G&T Vagyonkezelő Zrt. in a stock exchange transaction on the basis of a mandate given to Erste Befektetési Zrt. investment firm. Average price of the transaction was 82.50 HUF. 

After the transaction the direct ownership of Gábor Székely in the Company comprises 0 pieces of „C” type ordinary shares, his indirect ownership through G&T Vagyonkezelő Zrt. comprises 139.000 pieces of AutoWallis ordinary shares (the total of 139.000 pieces).
